Performance Planning & Goal Setting

Performance Planning and Goal Setting is a collaborative discussion between an employee and his/her supervisor that takes place at the beginning of the performance cycle to set clear, mutual expectations about what constitutes successful performance. This discussion should involve the creation of Performance Goals and Development Goals and the setting of Performance Factor expectations.
