In FY 2014-15, the County Manager’s Office conducted a Program Assessment Survey to collect information from managers and supervisors on current performance management practices and priority improvement areas. 

As a result of your responses to where you needed help managing performance in your responsibility areas, we created the following cross-departmental workgroups:

  • Benchmarking
  • Customer Surveying
  • Performance Tracking
  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Feedback and Evaluation
  • Training (annual goal of 20 hours)

The workgroups have created a Performance Handbook with a section dedicated to these six areas.
