**Men’s Health

Is there really a male menopause? Is iron harmful? Why do hairlines recede? Come, find out the answers to these questions and much more! This program will discuss what happens to men’s bodies as they age, what men can do to stay strong and vital throughout their lives, and how they can partner with their doctor to ensure their best health.

**Wellness at Any Age (20 - 34, 35 - 29, and 50+)

It doesn't matter if you're 25 or 65, staying healthy and vital is a key component of living your best life. Learn more about what we should know about our current health, and move to doing what allows us to feel our best.

This three-class series addresses specific health and wellness concerns associated with people at different ages and stages in their lives. The series is broken down into three separate classes: 20-34 years, 35-49 years and 50+ years. Presenters will focus on nutrition, physical activity, work/life balance and medical management.

**Women’s Health: Managing Our Changing Bodies

You’ll get up-to-date on two key women’s health issues ~ menopause and osteoporosis ~ with a thorough review of these conditions and ways to best manage our changing bodies. We’ll cover the stages of menopause and how they affect weight, metabolism, cholesterol and bone density. We’ll highlight the latest dietary and exercise guidelines for best managing these symptoms and minimizing their impact on your health and daily life.
