How do I sign up for a session listed in the course catalog?
First, obtain your supervisor’s approval to take the session. Then, contact your organization’s Training Coordinator and request registration.
Who is my organization’s Training Coordinator?
You may view a list of Training Coordinators by clicking here. If you do not find your Training Coordinator listed, contact the Training & Community Liaison.
I’ve requested the course through my organization’s Training Coordinator, now what?
Your Training Coordinator will let you know once your training is approved and will send you all the information relevant to the course.
How do I withdraw from a session?
Contact your Training Coordinator and inform him/her of your intention to withdraw. Your cancellation request must be received at least three business days before the start date of the course or your organization will be billed the full cost of the class.
How will I be billed for the session?
Following the session date, an invoice will be mailed to your organization's Training Coordinator.

If my session will take place at County Center in Redwood City, where can I find parking?
You may park for free in the County’s parking structure, on the first floor. Your Training Coordinator will be sent a parking permit for the day of your class. The parking permit must be visible on your vehicle's dashboard to avoid a citation.
As a Training Coordinator, who do I contact to register an employee?
You may submit your course requests to the Training & Community Liaison.
