How to Process your 2022 Open Enrollment Event

  1. Log into Workday from ANY computer with internet access
  2. Click on the “My Open Enrollment” icon (tab)
  3. Find the “Launch My Open Enrollment tab” on the top left side and Click on “My Benefits inbox” to find your Open Enrollment event

If you are having technical difficulties and need assistance with your Open Enrollment event, you can:

  • Attend a Microsoft Teams Virtual Lunch and Learn webinar (pre-registration not required): Monday, October 25, 12:30pm to 1pm OR Thursday, November 4, 12:30pm to 1pm. Visit for the webinar links and to add webinars sessions to your calendar
  • Make a 10-minute virtual appointment in Micro-soft Teams by contacting the Benefits Division at or at (650) 363-1919
  • Sign-up up through LMS and join a 20-minute in-person group session in the Redwood City Computer Lab with a Benefits Partner. Visit LMS for available How to Process Your Open Enrollment Event (in person) sessions.
