The Wellness Dividend Program offers an incentive for employees to participate in activities that improve their mental and physical well-being. This is the first step of many toward building a workforce that is equipped to take good care of themselves and each other. Participation in the Wellness Dividend Program will provide employees with many resources that will continue to be available to them throughout the year.
