Recruitment and Retention Study
In alignment with the HR’s mission to attract and retain qualified and diverse individuals to the organization, HR is conducting a comprehensive study of its recruitment and retention strategies.
As a first step to the study, a Request for Proposal (RFP) has been launched to select a qualified firm or individual to lead the study. The purpose of the study is to review current recruitment and retention programs, review and identify best practices, and recommend new and innovative approaches to support the organization’s efforts to position the County as an employer of choice. Proposals will be accepted until February 20, 2020 and selection process completed by March 13, 2020.
