Starting January 1, 2020, Management, Attorney and Confidential employees will be eligible for State Disability Insurance and Paid Family Leave, which offers six weeks of wage replacement for employees to care for a seriously ill family member, or to bond with a new child entering the family by birth, adoption, or foster care placement. The change supports our mission to be an employer of choice by streamlining benefits for most employees and creates a culture that allows employees to take time to bond with new babies and take care of ill family members.
