Employee Wellness is encouraging employees to focus on their individual interests and needs with a more personalized approach to the Wellness Dividend Program. County and Court employees who complete an Online Health Assessment and 3 different Wellness Elective Activities by June 30, 2019 will receive a taxed $250 Wellness Dividend in one lump-sum payment on their November 8 paycheck. Participants can learn more about the program on the new Wellness SharePoint Site and complete the activities on the new PreventionCloud Wellness Portal via Okta. The new portal streamlines wellness offerings and makes it easier for employees to be proactive with their well-being.
