New Benefits Communication in 2019
The purpose of the Benefits Newsletter is to provide employees with valuable information about your benefits and plan options. This upcoming year, we are launching a new communication campaign geared at providing employees with a series of defined messages.
Our communication goal will be focused into three (3) categories:
- Financial Communications
- Work-Life Balance
- Employee Awareness (consumerism)
To help you achieve this goal, we will provide links to valuable videos that will be posted on the HR Benefits website. We will also provide a series of education information that we encourage employees to review. Additionally, we will include a “Wellness Corner” in each newsletter to provide you valuable information from our Wellness Division. Our main goal is to help employees understand the many benefits afforded to you, how to access these benefits and how to continue to live a healthy and happy life.
