The Wellness Dividend Program has completed its final year of a 3-year pilot. The dividend activity cycle ended June 30th; the $250 dividend payout is scheduled for November 9th. A total 2,920 employees completed a Wellness Screening and 2,383 employees completed the Online Health Assessment. This voluntary program is strictly confidential and endorsed by the Labor-Management Benefits Committee. The Committee recognizes that a healthier workforce is a key part of keeping our health care costs as low as possible.
