$900 New Hire Incentive for Blue Shield Access + HMO

Any newly hired employee who is hired from December 2021 through November 2022 who elects to enroll in the Blue Shield Access + HMO plan during their new hire benefits election will receive a one-time lump sum payment of $900.

This is a one-time incentive for newly hired employees who enroll in the Blue Shield Access + HMO Plan!

Note: This incentive payment will also include any extra-help employee who is newly hired as a Regular/Permanent employee, since the Blue Shield Access + HMO Plan was not previously available to extra help employees. This payment will be taxed according to your W2 tax exemption that you set up in Workday.
